Facilities
The Yard Theatre has level access and is fully wheelchair-accessible. There is an accessible toilet with a wide, outward-opening door.
Hearing dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
Access Tickets
Access tickets are priced as concessions and can be booked online or by emailing marketing@theyardtheatre.co.uk. We offer free tickets for companions and these must be booked over the via email.
Captioned Performances
At The Yard, we caption our performances with Stage Text. All of our seats within the theatre will have the best view of the caption screen which will usually feature in the middle of the stage, unless otherwise stated.
Information for Wheelchair Users and Mobility Impaired Customers
The Yard Theatre has level access and is fully accessible with an accessible toilet. We can accomodate 2 wheelchair users in our theatre for each performance, and tickets for these seats are priced as concessions and can be booked online. We offer free tickets for companions and these must be booked by emailing marketing@theyardtheatre.co.uk.
If you require step-free seating and the performance you are booking has unallocated seating please let us know, and we’d be happy to reserve you seats on the front row. You can email us marketing@theyardtheatre.co.uk, or let us know when you arrive.
