10.30am to 11.30am – This is our beginner class where the children are introduced to the martial arts karate class. The children will find this fun and rewarding as they experience a new sport with lots of self defence content.
11.40am to 12.40pm – The children here in our intermediate class have reached another level and have different coloured belts on. Some of the content is kata (forms) and kumite (free fighting).
In addition to the classes, the children can take part in gradings for there next belts, shows, competitions and MORE!
From ages 4 and up
How to sign up
On arrival at the venue, new members will be given two forms to complete. The children can start straight away.
